The Dolphin Hotel will be following all government rules and regulations with regards to COVID-19, as well as seeking advice from our local Environmental Health Officer.
Tables have been positioned, inside and out, with social distancing in mind. Table and seats have been removed where necessary to allow for extra space. Sanitising points have been installed in numerous areas around the bar, restaurant and toilets for both customer's and staff. We have adopted a one door in and another door out policy, please look out for signs upon your arrival. You will also be asked to fill in a Track and Trace form or the NHS Track and Trace app upon arrival. We will continue with our standard, rigorous cleaning regime as well as completely sanitising all seats and tables after every use.
If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you do not to attend any bookings made but let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking or reduce numbers on your table.
Government advise is regularly changing and we will implement new measures as and when we are instructed, by government, to do so.
